We’re a Korean team with over a decade of experience across diverse culinary backgrounds from fine dining to street food, traditional flavours to modern techniques. Now, we’re ready to bring that experience together to create trendy Korean food with a twist. At muk bar, we’re not just serving dishes. We offer limited flexibility with dietary restrictions, as Korean cuisine is deeply rooted in jang (fermented sauces) like doenjang, gochujang, and ganjang, which have been crafted for centuries using ingredients such as soybeans, grains, and sometimes animal products. These sauces were historically developed as a way to preserve food and build flavour, and they remain essential to the taste and identity of Korean cooking.
